Select the picture → click “Erase area” → select the desired area with a lasso, a magic wand, and so on → the “Erase” button is activated, but is not erased to a transparent background, but is replaced with another pattern that the program considers most appropriate. The AI assistant says that a “Scissors” icon should appear to remove the pattern to a transparent background, but it doesn't exist! In addition, if, after selecting an area, you call up the context menu and click “Cut” in it (the scissors icon), then the entire drawing is deleted - which is normal, because these are different scissors - but the trouble is that if you press “Ctrl+z” after deleting the picture, the picture returns without any selection, and the cursor freezes in “magic wand” mode until the page reloads. A WILDLY INFURIATING GLITCH.

Bulk download of images always worked until some days ago. Now it's always corrupted and says 'too many requests'. Even if one just tries <10 images. Really annoying. Had been using Recraft for almost two years now, but it seems to decline in quality. Very sad. Cancelled my subscription.

I'm dissatisfied with the quality of the low poly/wireframe SVGs generated. Artifacts are regularly created in the background or the wireframe is destroyed even though the request was simple. Despite failed results, tokens/credits are consumed. I would like to check whether this is a known error and to refund the credits used for the failed generations.

Please give a solution to this, I cant generate 10 images properly and it pops up. What is the cap of generating, or I would like a proper knowledge on how it works, because if I cant generate properly while using PAID subscription, what's the use of pro plan??

Please reimburse my credits for the models mistakes.

I keep getting this error: "I'm still running into a repeated internal error trying to generate with the "STYLE NAME" attached style on Recraft V4.1 Pro — this seems to be a temporary system issue on this style/model combination rather than something fixable from my side. Please try again shortly, or let me know if you'd like me to attempt it with a different model in the meantime." I've tried regenerating using different models and attaching files but nothing gives me the same consistent images. I've created 55 of 80 required images for the project so it was working fine. Under a tight print deadline, I'd really appreciate a quick fix!
