I am looking to create vector-layered SVG images from normal images that allow tracing and coloring effects. My goal is to use these images in Videoscribe.co to create videos with an animated drawing effect. Could you please confirm if this is achievable using the tool? Additionally, if possible, I would greatly appreciate a demo or sample SVG image that I can validate to help me make a decision. Looking forward to your response and guidance.

When I create and save a custom style with reference images and a style prompt, then use that style to generate new images, the style itself gets overwritten by the new outputs. This means I have to recreate my style from scratch every single session. Expected behavior: A saved style should be locked and reusable. Generating with a style should not modify the style itself. Current workaround: None. I'm manually recreating my style every time, which defeats the purpose of saving it.

I get this message every time I try to upload an image to create a new style. Is this ever going to be fixed?

I have a paid account. I keep getting an error that says 'Oops try again later'. I'm paying to use the app and no one is answering my emails or fixing the problem.

What happened to the Flux 1 Dev model? All the images created with it are now very blurry.

Hello Recraft Team, I’m facing a technical issue while generating seamless patterns in Raster – Illustration, Model: Recraft V3 (PNG output). Even when the design is created perfectly according to the Recraft seamless guidelines, the exported pattern still shows a very thin cut line at exactly 0.8 inch horizontally and 0.8 inch vertically. This happens only after exporting, not inside the canvas preview. Can you please investigate? If needed, I can share example files, screenshots and test samples. Thank you for your support! I am using Recraft daily and love the platform—just want to fix this seamless export problem.
