Hello Recraft Support Team, I am currently experiencing an issue on Recraft where I am unable to generate both images and videos. Whenever I try to create or edit content, the following error message appears: “Oops! Something went wrong, please try again later.” This issue is happening repeatedly, and as a result, I cannot proceed with any photo or video work at all. Could you please check whether there is an issue with my account or the system? I would appreciate your help in resolving this as soon as possible. I have a paid account, using top up credits, and generations keep failing. Tried multiple devices, browsers, projects, and networks. Fails on a one-word prompt with the default style and model.

I have been trying to use the recraft chat after recently upgrading to a paid plan but I have only gotten a "Oops! Something went wrong, please try again later" message as a response. I've tried re-logging, using incognito, clearing my cache, etc with no success. This needs to be fixed...

Starting on July 31st, it seems like the Recraft crisp upscale is suddenly producing result images that are much larger in file size than previously. This is when utilized through the API. I'm currently utilizing through the API with fal and replicate, and both saw the same issue. So it's most likely a Recraft API change that was made. Previously, my results would be a few megabytes, but since that change, I am often seeing 45 megabyte result images.

I keep seeing my credit balance decrease when the task I asked for (remove a section of line or make a section of line thicker) wasn't completed. I'm happy to pay credits for image generation but it needs to be an actually different image. Out of these images only 1 is different. If you want me to stay around as a paying customer then implement some sort of diffing mechanism that doesn't deduct credits when the image isn't different from the previous one. You can use that data to build out a better and more reliable system, it should be a win-win.

I've tested all the available models, and most of the time they fail to spell Greek correctly — wrong letters, missing or incorrect accents (tonos), broken words. Recraft is genuinely one of the best tools out there, but this issue makes it unusable for me whenever Greek text is needed. Please prioritize fixing Greek language accuracy.
