I want to do the business payment, the option to enter GST appeared before on the payment screen but isn't appearing now. We are making the payment but want a bill with the company details later.

Since this morning, the API service appears to be down. Every request returns a 504 Gateway Timeout error. Yesterday, everything was working perfectly. Could you please check?

For all images, that I generated today. The PNG have backgrounds. I don't know what is wrong but it was working well last week. I need to redo everything and I used 200 credits today for nothing. Because none of the images work. They all have a background that shows. Can you please help?

When I click on the eraser and switch to the unerase tool if I change the size it automatically switches over to the erase too. When I think click back on the unerase tool it sets the size to the default. So there is no way to change the size of the unerase tool. I made a short video which explains it. It doesn't appear to have attached to this post. I will send it in an email if I can't attach it to a comment to this post. The first time I clicked the attachment icon it actually wiped the content of my post. I was careful to click the attachment icon, not the cancel button next to it. So I don't want to take the chance of having that happen again.

My connection is fine but Recraft kept saying that there's something went wrong so it couldn't download image successfully. Why so?

Loading failed. check internet connection. All other apps and services running fine.

I created a new style, used it to generate several images within a project. Then I created a new project, and from the sidebar galley I clicked on these images to add them to the new project. But clicking on each of the images in this new project, none of them show my custom style. They all show the base style I started with instead (which was Illustration). I have just sent an email with more details, links to the 2 projects, etc. Also this 2nd project where I didn't generate any images, but added them from the gallery does not have a cover image.

I don´t know if it is a consequence of the Custom Styles bug, or it's something that's new, but I remember that I could choose to create a style for V2 or V3, that's no longer possible. All styles I create are put in the V3 category, no matter if I am using the V2 model. Is it an issue? or is it something normal from now on?

Hello! It is'not possible to download and use my styles. When loading my style, the base style "Illustration" always turns on

I created a new project, put in my prompt. Clicked on v3 Raw in order to choose Illustration, and none of the standard styles that I had previously pinned were showing up. There were 5-6 of them. I used Recraft yesterday or the day before, and the pins were there. It's only today they were gone.
