Hello Recraft Support Team,

I am currently experiencing an issue on Recraft where I am unable to generate both images and videos.

Whenever I try to create or edit content, the following error message appears:

“Oops! Something went wrong, please try again later.”

This issue is happening repeatedly, and as a result, I cannot proceed with any photo or video work at all.

Could you please check whether there is an issue with my account or the system?

I would appreciate your help in resolving this as soon as possible.
