Tools not working

I have a paid account and several times over the past few days, the Upscale and Remove Background stop working. A few times, I was able to log out and back in and then it worked but right now even that is not helping. Are you maybe having a tech issue?

There is an outage with the cloud provider we're using. We are working on fixing the issue right now. I am very sorry for the inconvenience it is causing!
