I just subscribed to a monthly plan, and I’m already experiencing an issue, the function that merges my images onto the mock-ups is not working. I’ve cleared my cache and verified that the image sizing is correct, so I’m unsure what the problem might be. Could you please look into this and provide a solution as soon as possible? Thank you.

The merge button is disabled if the resulting image size exceeds 4096px on any side. Let me know if you need any further clarification!

Hi, the image sizes are well below 4096px and the merge button is still not functioning thus I'm losing quite a bit of credits trying to figure out why it's not working. Can you please assist urgently. Much appreciated.
