Shotcut Ctrl+0 makes the scale 50% instead of 100%

According to your keyboard shortcut descriptions, the Ctrl+0 keyboard shortcut should do 100% scale (which is very useful for viewing 1:1 bitmaps), but it actually does 50% scale.
