I still have 5000+ credits, however no matter my laptop or via app, every time I create a new project it just keep on saying “generating” without showing any results. This has continuously happened for around a week. Please send help.

There is a bug, recraft no longer generates visuals, it is loading infinitely
Can you fix the bug, it's complicated when you work with being stuck on your projects.
