Dear Recraft AI Support Team,
I hope this message finds you well. I have been a satisfied user of your neural network services for the past few months, having previously paid for a subscription without any issues. However, after your recent update that improved text processing capabilities, I was prompted to subscribe again.
I attempted to renew my subscription using the same bank card I used before, but multiple attempts have been unsuccessful. I haven't changed any of my payment details, so I'm unsure why this problem is occurring.
Could you please assist me in resolving this issue? Perhaps you could extend the validity of my previous subscription, which was working perfectly for several months. Alternatively, if there's a way to address the payment problem with the new subscription, I would greatly appreciate your guidance.
