Cannot edit vector colors

When I click on the "swatches" tab and select an individual color, the color picker doesn't pop-up like it normally does. That leaves me with no way of changing specific colors or using the color picker tool.

I can't edit any colors in my SVG images because this feature has disappeared. I'm having the issue across all my projects. It's happening in both Safari and Chrome. Normally I would double-click on the vector image and the color editor pops-up. This is no longer happening.
