Please note that most features are available in the desktop version. Make sure the image you want to convert is selected on the canvas.

If it is, and the tool is still not working, please send us screenshots or a video of your actions to help@recraft.ai. This will help us investigate the issue further.

Thank you for your response to my post. I have been looking for the "Convert to Mockup" tool in the top menu, but on my interface it does not have the tool. Any suggestion?
