Our users at OMTech Laser require 'Laser-ready' graphics, which are high contrast and have zero gradients. We need the Inpainting API to allow users to personalize existing templates, such as swapping a logo or changing text, while maintaining the specific Vector/Line Art style. This ensures high-quality engraving results on wood and metal.

You can use the /images/inpaint endpoint with Recraft V3 and V3 Vector models to regenerate specific parts of an image using a mask and prompt.

I am interested in having the inpainting feature available through the API. This would allow us to automate and integrate the inpainting process into our existing workflows, enhancing our ability to customize images programmatically. We would love to beta test this feature to explore its potential and provide feedback.

Hi Gloria,
Thanks for reaching out to us!
You can use the Inpainting feature to personalize templates by selecting and editing specific areas, such as swapping logos or changing text.
To maintain a vector/line art style:
- Use clear, structure-focused prompts.
- Vectorize your PNG after editing for laser-ready results.
