Image won't generate on my first ever attempt

I typed my prompt, and did everything else. After half an hour it is still in generating process. It sill has not created an image. Things like this will put new users off from using Recraft. It wasn't even a complex prompt. Really bad first experience. Not sure whether to buy a plan now. After watching so many Recraft videos I really wanted this to be my "go to" ai image generator
