I am writing regarding an unexpected issue with my subscription plan. On September 18, 2025, I renewed my subscription (Unlimited Plan). However, today I received a refund notification instead of my plan being continued.
I am confused as to why my subscription was cancelled and refunded without my request. As a long-time customer, I value the Unlimited Plan and would prefer to continue with it rather than receive a refund.
Could you please clarify:
Why was my subscription cancelled and refunded?
If I want to continue with my existing Unlimited Plan, what steps should I follow?
Since a refund was processed, when and how will I receive the refunded amount? Will it be automatically credited to my credit card account?
This has been a disappointing experience, and I kindly request that you treat this matter as a priority. I want to continue using Recraft AI under the Unlimited Plan without interruption.
